  We complete HEAT and Air system installed in March of this year. The fall and spring service was included. The ac worked fine. We were comfortable all summer. During this 1st service it was discovered that the system control wire was incorrect. The heat was not coming on. The technicians kept at it until the problem was sorted out. They made us feel it was important to them and A & P Heating And Cooling that everything be made right. The Trane system they had installed is the quietest we have experienced.
